An electrical instrument in an orange and off-white enclosure. The front face has four square dials and two rows of coloured electrical terminals. There is a plastic handle along the centre of the top face of the instrument.
A series of rectangular vent holes line the sides and back face of the instrument.
There is a socket for an electrical cord with an integrated fuse on the rear face of the instrument.

Function:
The artifact is in good cosmetic condition. The finish of the enclosure has small nicks and scratches, especially around the edges of the front face. There are small patches of old adhesive on the top surface. A screw on the lower left of the front face is loose and missing a washer.
