Temerty Medicine – Cardiovascular Sciences Collaborative Program (CSCP)

The Cardiovascular Sciences Collaborative Program (CSCP) Collection consist of artifacts gathered by Dr. Wilfred Gordon “Bill” Bigelow (1913 – 2005). After his death, the collection was donated by his family to the the CSCP, where it is currently on displayed in a cabinet.

The collection includes a number of early heart implants and prosthetic, as well as surgical instruments and memorabilia. This small collection is catalogued as part of the broader Temerty Faculty of Medicine Collection.
