Paraffin Block Cutter (Technicon)

A hand-held instrument with a cylindrical handle. An electrical cord with a switch along its length is attached to the rear of the handle. At the front of the handle is a wedge-like heated blade that appears to be made of a copper alloy.

This instrument appears to be complete. The metal shroud on the handle has very light scratches. The blade has dark patches on its surface, especially near the interface with the handle.

Provenance:
