“This is an arrangement of sixty wires which has a set of five wires with their ends joined together with solder, and the wires stretch a little bit apart. Sixty wires are interwoven in such a way that every set of five is the same as every other set of five, and they are intermeshed so that you can take one of the set of five and make all the others coincide with it by just moving them.” H.S.M.
