A pair of arthroscopic forceps with a hinged handle and an upward-angled basket-like tip. The inner jaw closes downwards in a flat-sided hollow. The inner handle of the forceps actuates the mechanism. The handle has a heavily worn matte finish. Black and white bands are painted on the finger ring of the stationary outer part of the handle.

Function:
This artifact is in good condition. The finish of the handle is worn and polished in places with very light scratches. The finish wear has produced small dark patches on the upper part of the handle. The mechanism works smoothly.
