Basket Forceps, 3.4mm (“Aggressor”, Shutt – Concept)

A pair of arthroscopic forceps with a hinged handle and a basket-like tip. The inner jaw closes downwards in a flat-sided hollow. The inner handle of the forceps actuates the mechanism. The handle has a heavily worn matte finish. Black and white bands are painted on the finger ring of the stationary outer part of the handle.

Punch forceps are surgical instruments used to remove tissue.

Condition:

This artifact is in good condition. The finish of the handle is worn and polished in places with very light scratches. The mechanism works smoothly.
