Removing the lid reveals a paper insert identifying the contents as “fentanyl sublimaze.” Removing this insert reveals an unopened 50ml bottle of Bell’s Old Scotch Whisky.
Unfolding the insert reveals several cartoon illustrations with comic text describing historical eras in the development of anesthesiology.
