A wooden box with a hinged top which contains a pressure gauge connected to an armband and a hand pump. The pressure gauge is measured in millimetres. The lid is secured by a turning latch.

A manufacturer’s label adjacent to the top of the pressure gauge reads “ACCOSON STANDARD FOR ACCURATE BLOODPRESSURE; INST. NO 8434 BRITISH MADE.” The armband is stamped “ACCOSON SPHYGMOMANOMETER STANDARD FOR BLOOD PRESSURE BRITISH MADE”. “PAT. No 27551/32”

Function: for measuring blood pressure.

Condition:

good, some wear and scratches throughout. One very scratched area on the inside lid. Some rust staining on the interior of arm band
